Instructions for Returning Product

Your RMA is valid for 15 business days from date of issue and is subject to inspection.

To avoid delays processing your return, please ensure the RMA number and Customer Number is recorded on the waybill as indicated below and addressed to:

• Stock Balance returns must be returned unopened. The return must be shipped prepaid by a courier of your choice.
• If your return is Defective, Damaged or Wrong Sale it can be returned by Purolator Ground Collect on our Ingram Micro Canada account# 4466494.
• Please do not write on the box. Your RMA# should be clearly written on the shipping label next to the Ingram Micro Canada name on the waybill.
• If you’re returning multiple boxes, please ensure your RMA # and Customer # are clearly written on the shipping label on each box.
• Will Call is open between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm EST Monday to Friday for dropping off returns to Ingram Micro. Will Call is only for packages below 150 lbs that do not require a skid for delivery. Packages greater than 150 lbs should be delivered on a skid to our receiving docks between 9.00am and 3.30pm EST Monday to Friday by a dock level truck. Ingram Micro associates are not available to assist unloading product at Will Call or the receiving docks.
• If these procedures are not followed you risk your package being refused at Ingram Micro Canada and returned to you.

• Please print and enclose this confirmation with your return as a packing slip.
